Faith is a liver and white English Setter who recently came to us from a shelter. Her current vet thinks she is probably 4 years old. She is an active girl, but when she is not playing, Faith loves to snuggle with her people. She loves all people, in fact, she is a velcro dog - always wants to be near her people. She is a very affectionate dog with people, but prefers not to share her people with other dogs.
Faith is fully house trained and crate trained. At night she might fuss a little in her crate, but as the house gets quiet, she does, too. She loves stuffies and chew-toys - really all toys. Although she loves to play, she is a couch potato inside, and will snuggle with you while you watch TV. She is a funny girl - if you have to leave the room, she will stay on the couch and watch TV!
Outside, Faith loves to sniff, run, play with toys, and investigate the yard. She continues her fascination with the critters outdoors by watching through the window when she is inside. However, she doesn't like to play with other dogs and will let them know that clearly. She prefers her time in the yard without being interrupted by other dogs.
Faith rides well in the car but still needs some leash work for walks. She is afraid of thunderstorms and is most likely gun-shy.
Faith is hoping that you will be her perfect loving home and that she will get to have you all to herself. If you think that Faith would be a good fit for your household, please put in an application!
