Handsome Mickey is a 6-year-old English Setter/Australian Cattle dog mix! He is a big, strong boy at 70 pounds so would do best in a home without very small children or others he might inadvertently knock over in his exuberance! He is friendly to all people he meets and does well with dogs and cats too.
He would do best in a home where his general training and obedience can continue. He is house and crate trained, knows sit and stay, but still needs some leash work and ongoing reinforcement to strengthen his attention skills (must be the setter in him!). Mickey loves attention from his people but isn't needy. He has a full coat of fur and does shed, so consistent brushing is recommended.
