Poppy is an adorable loving little girl who just wants cuddles and to be held. She is kennel trained and will bark when she needs to go outside to go potty. She is very smart, and has already mastered the Sit and will give you her paw when asked to Shake. She is learning to walk nicely on the leash, both with and without her harness. Poppy’s favorite thing is to run & jump in your lap when you sit down on the ground. She loves squeaky toys.
In her kennel, she is quiet and has learned to bark to go out to potty. She will whine and bark if she sees you leave the house. Otherwise, she is quiet while in her kennel. Poppy rides great in the car, respects the tether, and will quietly lay down & sleep for the ride. She adores children, loves other dogs, and when introduced to cats, she showed no fear or aggressive behavior towards them, preferring instead to walk away.
